I agree BK If its flagged it shouldnt be pulled it should be looked into by a rep too see what rules it violates before pulling the add.
They just don’t want too run it right as its a free deal, No money in it too have employees running that part of it.
Heck I bet if they charged .25-$1.00 per FS add they could do it right and knockout 25% of the BS junk add’s any way.

No surprise there After market sheet metal is junk when compared to any OEM Part.
Not that I haven’t used the stuff and will again, But these companies should be required to make the part equal too the same standards as the original part.

In the case of fenders & Hoods
These days these parts are part of the Protection built into the car during a wreck, crumple zones like one MFG uses as a sales word.
So if the metal is inferior (softer) then Your putting the occupants at a greater risk of injury or death after a repair using inferior parts.

I can see Lawyers chomping at the Bit on this one, And if you have read this report and knew it existed and used and inferior part any way you could be held liable for future accident!, After all its easier to go after the little guys than it is the Big MFG with Lots of cash and lots of lawyers.
Easyer to go after your shop and Home and make a quik 100K.
