    Reduce autowave a min. of 20 percent …. I usually reduce metallic 30 but I’m going to try more as Ryan stated earlier for difficult colors . Andy what system do you use to mix ? Mixit pro?

    Ive used a SATA 3000 hvlp 1.3 for 1 year at 6-7 cars a day. Only complaint is mottling on a few silver cars. Trying to eliminate this. Ive tried SATA 3000 RP 1.3 and helped a little but not perfect. Now im trying a TEKNA 7e7 and I am having better results, but not perfect…..

    yes, you can use the sikkens bare metal wipes on whole panels

    Sata 3000 rp , sikkens superior 250 .. one tack coat , one wet back to back
