I just switched Fromm ppg deltron 2000 to ppg envirobase it has been a great switch
Great color matches, covers better than solvent blends great and I have had no problems at all spraying metallic or solid colors,
For cleaning the spray guns I bought aquabase plus. P980-8212 water gun wash works great
Also if you want something smaller Sem sells an aerosol can waterborne gun cleaner.
After using tap water for cleaning your spray gun spray some acetone, then some lacquer thinner.
    .after using ppg’s
Envirobase ,I would never go back to solvent….

Deltron works great ,I have used it now for 15 years ,all paint systems have their ups and downs, for the most part it is user friendly
And color matches are very good..

ppg will be also be selling a 15 air bake clear sometime this year.sherwin williams 15 min clear looks great if you dont have to buff it but if you do you might as well buff concrete that is the main downside of this clear for now I will stick with dc3000 for spot and panel painting.
