good luck mate
im on my own i have a small shop i do light accident repairs smart repairs all genral body work i have a new apprentice he is a total novice infact he is slowing me down at the mo but im hoping he will pick it up
last week i done 2 cars a day moday to saturday so 12 in total it can be done and im on my own if i had to body guys id need a bigger shop and more hours in the day lol
sounds like you will need to train one up as a sprayer and possible hire another but if the works there go for it!!!good luck he would be proud of ya!!!
i no what it is to many coats of product!!
its what i done it happened to myne, i sanded it off and no adhesion promoter just clear i used max meyer 0200, i spray 1 dust coat let it flash off then 1 wet coat job done no cracks no reaction sweet!!done myne today have a look

in my dusty old workshop i have to flat and polish every thing i paint its a pain but like most on here if i had a £20,000 booth it would just roll out!
the funny thing is i have never used a booth in my life lol, but being consistant is the keyit has been verry hot here today and im only in an old barn, that might not help,
i have just moved to a slow thinners insted of fast but i think its my technique i usually start with a dust coat then a few wet till i achieve coverage with most of the silvers i have done this works fine and other colours heres a few pics of the shogun i finished this morning it looks fine i painted the rear quater door and front wing and the skirts,

i dont no the brand its from our local paint shop we just phone them with the colour code off the veichle and they deliver the paint to us i dont have a scheme im only a small 1 man band, im using solvent base,
im using a devilbiss gti for base with a 1.2 tip and another gti for clear same size tipsorry guys never done any id just like to no is it just plastic ones you do or glass aswell?

i havent herd of that but there is a product over here that you can get to spray in a booth that stays sticky and atracts the dust but i didnt really want sticky walls lol

thanks for the replys guys no sorry that job was for a friend who paints aswell. its his own car that was sitting in his shop half done he paid me to finish it for him, im not responsable for the hard edge lol, thanks for the advice ill give it a go,
