I haven’t heard anything about a new program.
I was at an Axalta Training course a couple weeks ago and it wasn’t mentioned there either.
Does it replace Colornet 2.0?

What products are you spraying?

Why are you guys using the metal cups for sealer and clear?
Feeling the screen in the pps cups are too restrictive?

Make sure you are dealing with e-coat.
Wipe a small area with paint thinner. If it wipes off it is not e-coat and needs to be scuff sanded or removed before top coating.
I believe most paint companies recommend removal.
Usually it is the low end aftermarket parts that are not e-coated.

I have a hand pump unit I might try.

The down side is you have to continuously pump to create suction.
Between the pumping, holding the hose out of the wet paint and not jamming the tip in the clear, I should be able to really screw up the job
along with the other sound advise the addition of aroun 10 to 20% activator in you base will reduce the rick of a reaction ,you can of course leave the job till the next morning then rebase without flatting as the base will crosslink to the still relativly fresh clear
You are saying you can let clear air dry over night and apply base without scuffing?
