    The threaded plate, where the hinge bolts to, on the inside of the door should move freely. That should allow the top of the door to move out.
    Whith shims on the cowl side, how is the windshield pillar alignment?
    Aftermarket door or hinges?
    New 1/4s?

    I believe most car companies have been spraying some sort of waterborne for awhile. GM even had some in the 80′.

    Going for the “factory” overspray on the underside. Why not do that to the interior too?

    This is the first I have heard of these wipes.
    This eliminates etch primer step before priming or sealing?
    Can base be applied directly if there is a cut thru on an edge?

    The owner and the painter from the other store, hes not too impressed with Galsurit 90 line,went yesterday.
    They were very impressed. I am resceduled to go next month. We shall see what happens.

    Waiting on the bodymen to finish something up. Maybe Monday.

    1.2,1.3,1.4 needles and a digital regulator.
    Looking forward to trying it out today..

    I have been spraying with a Devilbiss GTI. GTI’s are pretty reasonable.

    Are you trying to just spot in the areas that were repaired or spot in the color and clear the entire panel?
