Hey Jimmo,
Yea I can’t figure it out, I thought the same thing so for the past three or four days I’ve been going through the process of elimination with no luck until today when I sprayed and didn’t use the 909 and no fisheyes so then just to make sure I brought in a junk fender and scuffed and cleaned it and used the 909 again but when I shot then there are the fisheyes again so I am thinking now that it is for sure the 909?June 3, 2010 at 6:56 am #21725Really interesting, is there something like that available in the states?? How is it possible that it comes out to an invisible blended edge so easily?
June 2, 2010 at 6:12 am #21705I don’t know too much about the MagnaSpot but I have a Uni-Spotter and it works great. I have had it for a little over a year and I use it pretty often and so far I haven’t had any problems at all.
June 1, 2010 at 6:21 am #21690Looks like it’s coming along well! I wish I had a view like that from my shop, whenever I get stressed out I could just go out back and relax a little.
May 22, 2010 at 2:54 am #21429Good Job, that looks really good! You should have weighed it before and after to see how much bondo that sucker has on it!
May 11, 2010 at 5:53 pm #21167Yea I see what you’re talking about with it being a little blotchy. But I will say that your job is a lot better than I would say 75% of the crap candies I see out there on the road. I spray candies with my Sata 3000 hvlp with the 1.3 tip and I don’t have a problem maybe it was just the SEM product or possibly you didn’t spray even enough? When I shoot my candies I try to walk the length of the car with each pass and I pull my gun back a little further than I would normally spray base, it seems to lay out a little more uniform that way. The carizzma line is good from what I hear so good luck with the re-do!

May 6, 2010 at 7:33 pm #21057I agree with Ding you will def. have some problems trapping solvents if you spray on a panel that hot. That clear is the Sh@t though! I love it!
April 30, 2010 at 1:53 am #20964Am I having Deja vu or did I read a post exactly like this a couple months back??
April 29, 2010 at 6:24 am #20943Thanks Kevin! Definitely a good response and I agree with the way you handled that car. :rock
