do you let it dry and scuff it or just flash off and spray your color over the clear base coat?

I have been using the Kustom Shops POLYESTER PRIMER SURFACER from TCGlobal. I get it for $54.00.
I have a Car Quest in town that sell sells good primer also for about the same cost.
that’s guys. I will try it at 20-25 psi ruffly and see how it goes.
with the lph400 do you guys think the result are better if the air pressure is hi or low for spraying clear? I dont mind taking a while to lay it out if it works better with low pressure.
Think of it this way, if you seal it with the rust stuff that’s out there the rust will just grow out the other side and rot out the bottom of that area. Either way, it will suck for someone that owns the car later on.
