Yeah you like that 🙂 I even taped off the back window! I did use lift tape though.. She likes to stay as far away from the shop as possible. I only got her to help because I had to crawl up on the engine to get the front of the cab, and everyone else went home.. The lighting in this booth is better than my full down draft spraybake..

Roll over.. Another shop fixed it.. The clipped the cab, didnt line the door up right.. We had to reopen the rockers and move the cab back about 1/4 inch at the floor.. Full respray including the box.. We decided to rock guard both the insides of the lower body and the outside.. These dang Fords rock chip like crazy on the bottoms.. Should have it back together this weekend.. Will spray the outside Friday..

Yeah it makes a huge difference when sanding.. Also nice for priming bigger jobs.. Has been worth every penny we spent on it.. If you have any questions on it let me know.. It was pretty simple to build..

We have been doing custom work for years.. Alot of it depends on what type of fiberglass part you are installing.. All fiberglass is not equal!! The cheap stuff will expand and contract like crazy and you will get ghost lines where the parts are attached in the sun, and it will go away when it cools off.. The better fiberglass you can actually mold and it will hold up nicely.. But its a gamble anymore, you never know what you are going to get.. We personally wont do this work anymore..
