    hating-painting – yes, I just want to blend in the repaired areas and clear it. I also patched up the antenna hole, fixed a bump in the middle of the hood, bottom corner of the door, and the vents on the side. Below are some examples that I am working with. Please excuse my body work as I am not a professional and also not close from being done. Still need to do some more sanding.

    Thanks Smooth. I don’t have a pic right now and I am still doing the body work (welded a couple of patches). Trying to prepare my mind for it. . Once I finish I will upload a pic, but to get an idea… bottom quarter panel and bottom door. It’s the problematic areas on the old mustangs. Also, would like to blend/fix some chip marks too. Thought about just painting the whole car but don’t have the funds right now and over all the paint is still ok.

    What paint product do you recommend? The paint store near me has sold me omni. I gave them a sample color (headlight bucket off the car) to formulate a match and it looked pretty identical, but have been reading recently that omni is a bad product to use for color matching?
