looks straight, well done boys B)
hey im toasted after the CUBS defeat, no offense K, you did a fantastic paint job there
looks good bondo!! Oh i shouldnt, shut your mouth, ok well it kind of resembles my bass boat.
My personal favorite excuse. I reply while scratching my head “I think this car has been in a wreck”
I think they are spring loaded, bend forward and rear to get at torx bolts from outside. Its tempting to unhook spring but dont total bitch to get back on.
paint looks good but you could throw a dead cat through that hood gap.
That sure is pretty country bondo. Hey thats not yellow snow your eatin in pic #2 is it.
I bought an exciter once, only was fit to ride like 2 days that winter. Cost of ownership was around $25 per mile. 🙁
pdr guys around here use them for roof rails and places they cant get behind. They seem to work well because they actually overpull the ding then tap it down with a nylon punch. The ones ive seen use a slide hammer slipped onto the thing glued to the car not the pops-a-dent as seen on TV.
I say screw the chevelle, finish that dumdass camaro B)
i cut my teeth with the same gunB) you know it sure seems that buffing actually hurts gloss hold out. i mudded up an old farm truck and blasted it with metalic brown centari in the guys machine shed about 14 yeas ago and it still shiny where the expanding foam and space aged microspheres havent fallen out:laugh: looks good bondo
the truck was black. but candy will change a black paint job. its subtle but there is a diff. on small art work its not noticable in the surrounding area but it would have been on that large of an area. i used candy toners mixed in clear base so the edge was not that signifacant.
well i guess i stand corrected i have only done this on bikes not large things, flames look really good style.
wow been awhile since ive seen a set of those canvas wheel covers with 20# of paint stuck to em, brings back memories. that clear looks awesome for the money B)
is the main color black or blue? just wondering cause candy doesnt change black, helps avoid big tape lines by unmasking artwork first then squirt candies over black.
NOTE: you painters probably knew this tip but some didnt i would bet:)
well i zoomed in and do see slight undercut at edges, are you sure your qualified to be making these structural repairs?
love it, maybe it should say full service collision repair. just a thought but im stupid:)
