A new Red Devil is $1200.00.

    $200.00 is cheap. They’re bulletproof.
Who said rules & regs had to make sense 😆

Some years ago I worked in a Spraybake and that wasn’t adjustable either. It was bought second hand, and when they came to fit it we were told it had to be “upgraded” to include a pressure gauge, even though there was no form of adjustment if the pressure was wrong
There’s always an adjustment, just let the filters plug up well, you’ll be running positive in no time. :dnc

Actually due to EPA rules here in the states, we also are mandated to run slight negative pressure. The days of nice clean jobs and a slight positive pressure are over….

Back in the day………it would put Autocryl to shame.

The new Sikkens LV650 is killer too.

I have used some Centari, did a complete with it once as well. I thought it was pretty decent for Single stage and had awesome depth/gloss.
Did you add the 2000 pak?

I wonder if they even still make the 200 pak?

Slow down your reducer and use DCU2060.

If it’s black your after, i’ve had good luck with two things:

Sikkens Autocryl Rally Black (no longer legal here in (socal)

    House of Kolor black ko-seal

Both are very forgiving and easy to apply.

I wish I had pics of the floor from there.

The paint had to be an inch thick EXCEPT where the painter walked around the car.
These are what Bondo is still using to mix colours on with his lucite bench. I hear next year he’s upgrading to Centari :p

I would love to have access to some Centari. I’d like to see if is as good as I remember, or have my standards changed?

    AC4400 is really nice.

I’m not sure they still make it.

What about Lesonal Glamour clear? Great for large jobs.

You’ve got 4 guys producing 150-200 hours per MONTH, is that right?

If so put them all out to pasture and get a new crew. Something is very wrong.
