    could yous guys clarify booth pressure for me? is positive presure when there is more going in than going out? and negative will be the opposite?

    i have been using grey and red scotch brite pads for long time now, i use them with panel wipe in a pump can, i use grey on met colours and the red for solids. i like this method because it also gives panel a good de-greasing etc.
    and i have never had any adhesion problems either, although you do have to make sure you get into all the tight areas.

    Hi. Thanks for replys. Havent got any pics of control panel but guy who installed it said it is adjustable, he suggested leavin it at 0. Control panel has 2 small controllers on top left corner one for spray temp and one for bake temp, then it has red emergency stop button on right top corner, below it is booth pressure gauge, and bottom left is small digital screen with buttons below to control bake,spray, burner, lights etc-

    some lovely work there.
    iam curious to what yous guys use for doing your fine line work? i use wurth fine line tape but everytine i try to make a bend with it, it always starts lifting and leaves very ragged edges

    i got myself a devilbiss air hose, seems like good quality, and like flexzilla it doesnt wind itself up, just need to get everything set up now. also bought myself new 3 stage devilbiss filter/regulator.

    What diamatre hose yous recomend? seems like flexzilla is a us company but there are companies who will ship to uk.
    is it esential to use high flo connectors?
