    hey guys
thanks for the comments. im using rm diamont and the colour code for the l200 is x08.
i use a iwata w400 1.2 for base and layed down three coats and a blend into awet bed
for the clear i used diamont top ms as its a truck i layed down a drop coat and two wet coats

im usind a devillbiss pro lite with a 1.3 and te10 cap i love this gun 😛 , after that i used 2000 to de nib then blocked down with 3000,

for the polishing i started with
    3m fast cut
    farecla liquid cut/ and g- techniq p1
    farecla fine cut
    3m anti hologramm remover
    zaino polish
then finished with a farecla super gloss wax top

the tailgate only had scratvhes along the top from the after market lid so it was easy to sand and prime etc etc…lol i went to town on the truck as hes a new spare time customer to me and id rather sent it out better then it should then have the job back in a month and for him to not be happy

i use all the same set up for the other jobs part fronm the wheel which i finished off with a sata mini jet to lay the clear down with three light coats
This is my private collection of products I use a d charge out

My work don’t buy it pay for any detailing products or cleaners so sadly I’ve had to buy all my own and with that I don’t have half the thing I should or need but I’m slowly and I mean slowly getting there ha ha

Yeh I had a look at that guy and copied the details and sent a link to my mate who’s an electrician he has those bulbs at work so in his lunch hours he’s making me a sun gun for me and one as a spare

The lazier pen is jus a bit of fun for me, once I cut and flat back the lazier pen is on a stand and will put a spot say on the ara which would be slightly thinner in the clear coat which a scratch would be.

Ie if I’ve got a a door which is being flatted ready to be cut and buffed if there’s an area I spend bit more time on. I do get called away from the job or have to do something else. I just set the lazier up for wen I get back lol

The temp gun is mainly for the application of g-techniq products, ill use the sun gun for in the booth and every day job which a mate is making for me. The torches will be for detailing and valeting

I’m lucky in the fact that I can do these kinda things at my work place out of hours. So I’ve booked a course and spent round 690 on products. I use my work buffer but I’d like a festool set up :rock

I just want to do more and not be oh he’s a painter. Where I live there’s money to be made and I want it ha ha . Hopefully things will be fine but I can’t really set up till I have my papers 🙂

Hey, no I’m not on detailing world. I should have a look really. The only problem I’ve got is that all training courses are off island and in the the mainland for me. I looked into it and it worked out £1000 for a three day train. I’m signed up for a two day course in June 🙂 but it’s not the greatest course but I get parts for :clappy
