I got my filters from my local jobber. They are 20×20 Viledon R1’s. I also changed the exhaust filters as well.

Yea thats where I got the foam tape from, but I didn’t see anything good to use for the door sweeps.

MoCoke, have u ever replaced the door weatherstripping and door sweeps on your booth. I can’t find anything good to use for the door sweeps. I did get some Frost King foam tape to seal the door joints. Seemed to help at first, but now its geting torn up. Oh yea I forgot to mention that my booth is an old Binks. I called Binks about getting some replacement panels and the guy laughed and said that they have not made spray booths in over 15 years.

Yea I always take the gun apart to clean it. I also use the PPS cups and use a screw on Motor Guard air filter before the gun. I think I’m going to get some pre-filters. Thanks

Is there taht much difference between the 3000’s and 4000’s other than weight reduction and new styling. I just can’t seem to justify buying one when I already have a 3000 base and clear gun that works great.

Thanks for all your input. Yea I Can’t bake so I guess that is not a clear for me. I will certainly like to try the DC92.
