he just wanted new paint on the car. I asked him if he wanted me to remove them and he said don’t worry about it.
Man I was nervous for the clear! i stood at the booth door like getting myself together and taking a deep breathe lol.i was always told 6-9 inches away from the car. i was too far back and was told ‘ your doing nothing but blowing it in the air ” lol.
the car I just got done with I had the same problem for the first two coats of clear and realized im not getting close enough. So I put it a couple inches closer and just slowed down a little bit and it definitely shined it better and helped flatten out some orange peel
thanks alot for all the compliments guys! The only real problem I had painting was after I put the sealer on I waited just a bit too longer before basecoat and I had about a 3inch spot on the bumper that started to lift. so I sanded it down with 600 and came out great.
theres def. alot of b ondo on the car but it was in rough shape.
i used a razor blade on the window once and my teacher just flipped out saying its doing nothing but scratched the window. i did use a little thinner on a spot before work and came off pretty good.

there was just a slight mist of overspray on the window. what would be the best way to get that off?
Clear. Clear is something im still perfecting on spraying. but Im still happy with the results

I told him the door skin should be replaced but he said he didnt want to deal with all that. So I said ok and did what i had to do to get it straight lol.
what do you guys think? acceptable? would you normaly see s tuff like this in a shop?
The drivers side looked like it had been side swiped or something. It had dents all over the place and wavy like the ocean.

Usually the GT guys go with Mach1 bumper cover and the Mach guys go with cobra lol. looks good tho
sweet setup nex! I wish I had as big of garage as you. where I live you can BARELY fit two cars in a car with nothing in it. Ive been wanting to make some sort of booth like yours with the filters and the box fans pulling the air out. looks great

so what does the single phase dual phase and 3 phase all mean?
