myself and a helper.we have had 6 feet of snow in the last month.2 feet at a time.people are taking metal shovels and cleaning off their cars.im getting repair time and r&i time.i had a 78 hour infiniti,a 55 hour lexus,29 hour avolon and all the regular work.tree limb falls,collisions,snow bank strikes,snow plow hits,its just insane.im one of seven painters at my shop and everyone is rockin.ill enjoy it while it last.
i use 868 and scuff with a grey pad.never had a failure.
i dont know what youre looking for.if its 1/16 inch rocker buildup.with texture.use 3m rocker panel aerosol.sprays nice.just dont hard line it.
i spray in a bt2000.let me look for the manual.what do you want to know?i love this booth.this booth has 18000 hours on it and the other painters beg me to use it for big jobs.keep your cabin presssure at .20-.25.i love my booth.fold your doors when you move them and just take care of it and it will take care of you.remember.90 percent of dirt comes off you,the hose or the prepjob.the booth?airflow is god.
big snow.our shop will do 1.5 million this month.we average 1.3.thank god im at where i am.i have heard terrible stories.7 painters.

im in md.god bless people shoveling their cars off.i have to work saturday but that will make a 300 hour week.that will set a record.repair time and ri time.
