I suggest a different trade … this game drives people nuts :exci and has never properly rewarded the participates …. welcome to the life of fume sniffin :dnc no one would get into this for the money :pcorn: cause it just ain’t there :kofee how ever it’s warm dry and not that hard of work compared to some (concrete , roofing , oilfield) I would never talk my son into doing this …. but some how it’s just in me blood.

1st of all … take a deep breath bud and relax :stoned … now if you can’t clear this up with your employer and make it work for you and for him then of course it’s off to greener pastures ….. not sure how your employer can/is justifying such a change/cut in your pay, but as a boss that knows other bosses, yours seems to be influenced by something your not aware of ….. sounds like you need to sit down and have a beer with your boss and each try to understand the others position … could be simple .. could be complex …. either way , an unhappy employee leads to a unhappy boss and vise/versa …. open the lines of communication :kofee

I found wiping with lacquer thinner cleans a little away and makes the remaining harden up some when the thinner flashes off … gets the scum on top out of the way. :kofee
