based on your limited resources, the paint looks pretty good from here
are you seeing something I’m not ?
Those 3 stage overalls take quite alot of time don’t they.
Looks good 😉
The GTI is a good choice, I have been using those for the past 13 years.
This primer is quick. We have been using it by the quart from BASF, and spraycan from PPG & BASF.
We have two lamps that we use, or drive the vehicle outside in the sun for about 5-10 min and you are feady to go!
Thanks alot fellas ,
I did just try out some Shopline Clear the JC661
Was about $150 for the clear and hardener it was a 4:1
Do you know why it is so cheap? As stated buy our PPG rep it offers very little UV protection, be carefull what you use it on.
Hi there,
I got no certifications YET! I’m only 25yrs old and the shop’s currently looking to pay for my schooling.
Take them up on it, you can always learn something new, or show them some of your tricks too.
My booth has a white epoxy paint on the floor, well it was white 6 years ago
Welcome to the site, glad you joined us here.
welcome!
what you spraying from dupont. that’s what I’m using at the shop I work for :P
We were spraying Chroma Premiere Base with G2 4500s clear, loved that stuff for the past 15+ years.
Last week we made the switch to PPG Envirobase HP with the new DC 2000 & DC 4000 clear.
The DC 2000 only needs a 10 min bake, super quick !
