    I’m using ppg ehp waterbased ,and we use the omni primer. It is good for our shop dry fast and build up good, only thing is hard to sand. Price is good ,it’s around 120$ a kit and also u can brush the primer on if u just fixing a small area and don’t want too much overspray.check it out on ppg official website . Hope it help

    I agree with what ding said, but what kind the wet bed ur using? Binder something like rm bc100? Or the one u mix it like clear coat?

    i have try the 4000 with 1.3 slower than i spray with 3000 1.2. thats is why i want a 4000 with 1.4.smaller tip is good for couple panels,but for my work everyday is more than 5 panels each round.

    I have 3000 in 1.2 as u can see my photo maple leaf edition 😉 and I love it. And I have 3000 hvlp for base. Maybe I just buy a nozzle kit foe my 3000 then buy a tekna.spent same money but get more. Lol

    Are u serious?back to back full wet coat with no flash time?it only have one hardener and I use medium reducer

    I don’t think the hardener is too fast because 15minutes flash time the clear still feeling wet. But if I spray the same thickness with more flash time works? And how long do u wait for bake? What I normally do is 3:1:10% 15minutes flash then second coat then 5 mins flash then bake 80 degrees for spray 140 bake
