    i fig it out.. i gave the gun a good cleaning and let it set for a few days in thinner…then shot more clear through it,and what a diff, at 29psi it laid it down with no orange peel at all.no buffing needed at all..my devilbiss was no where close to half the gun this is..my iwata dont lay clear down as nice as this does…this is my first sata gun and prob wont go back to another type..

    i tried the hvlp last night, but i had to put the air upto 40 psi at the gun in order to adamize the spray.i even tried it with clear and it worke pretty good but not what i would of liked. i know for the RP model it is 29 psi what is the hvlp suppose to be at..
    thanks. i mostly spray limco,BASF, and PPG paints.

    i know when i took autobody quite a few years back,a few of the guys in my class were at wyo techm they quit their and came to the vocational school because the shop was bigger and we had more tools.. they said that the commercials made it look better but the shop they used on the commercials was not even the shop thay they used..i went to NMTC in maine and they had a good autobody program and inexpensive. so look at vocational schools,places like wyo tech are like buying nikes u are paying for the name..
