    checkout http://www.eatoncompressor.com

another thing if you do want to go with a new screw compressor its best to spend the money and get one with a freq drive (Variable Frequency Drive) this is what we use at work it ramps up when needed and slows way down to conserve power on off peaks of use (our compressor runs 24-7 and is 200hp so this is a significant savings on electricity)

I haven’t tried but I would think you could (I know they say once you take it out it should be replaced)

I would try it then order a new ring just in case.

I dont see the pearls even listed in the compatibility chart to be used in the clearcoats

but the intercoat clear is(DBC500) so I would guess thats why they don’t recommend using the pearls in the clearcoat

if you warm your panel up to temp this is what matters so yes the heat lamp would do wonders, Bad thing is you have to keep moving it around.

usually in the winter the air is much dryer as evaporation is slowed down and more likely to freeze than go into the air, Not like in warm weather water evaporates faster

this is why most paint manufactures do not recommend spraying anything below 55 degrees F, I have a lil ready heater I use to keep parts warm during the colder days you could do the same thing with the plastic covering the front of your shed .

below is a link to a page to try to explain about the humidity in the air at colder temperature that is heated to room temperature
